Watched how to videos on you tube and decided to do it myself. This kit had everything needed. I am not going to say it was easy but time and patience saved me a lot of money.

Good for brake repair

Only problem I could see was butterfly screws interfere with ⅜ pipe hole "to big" resulting in an unequal flair takes a few goes to get it straight

The flaring tool was ok when working with the supplied brake pipe, but the brake pipe on my car was a bit tougher. It needed a few goes, but struggled to grip the brake pipe on my car. Eventually, the teeth on the tool wore away and then the pin on the tightener part broke as I was having to tighten it more and more. I ended up buying a different tool for £40-odd, which was far more effective. The brake pipe and connectors and pipe cutter all seem ok, but the flaring tool is poor. It also doesn't allow double flaring with the supplied attachments, but would appear that the connector joints are more suited for the double flare. I'm no expert though. I managed to repair my brakes with the new flaring tool and the pipe supplied with this kit.

Bought to repair a leak in my daughters brakes, while I was at it I replaced another that looked a bit corroded, did the job perfectly!

Brake pipe went on Friday evening arrived Sunday job done and fixed and ready for work Monday morning great tool and pipe kit

Worked well but the kit does not include a pipe bender.

Good set but more diverse connections would be useful
