Vitamin B is very necessary but often one sees urine quite yellow because it is not retained in the body like Vitamins A, D, E, K. I bought this because it is time released.

Excellent Product

Most days I am so out of it. Sleepy, tired, very low energy. One day while going through my box of vitamins, I realized that I didn't have any B complex. I was taking some before with less than stellar results. I saw this at the top of the list and the reviews were good. It came in the morning and I took one just after breakfast. Maybe 15 minutes later, it hits me! Seriously! It HITS me!! I feel like an electric current is running through my body! I have (had) a constant pain (stiffness) behind my right knee which makes bending really difficult. The current that was going through me took the stiffness away! I could bend my knee all the way back. I I was able to ride my exercise bike for 20 minutes with no aches or pains. This is the next morning and I feel up and not groggy. If day two is anything like day one, I'm gonna order a case of this! Amazing stuff!!
