Was dubious if this would really work but yes it does! Instructions are obviously chinese translated so not easy in places to follow! Plus it doesnt tell u how to assemble the pieces together (so i watched a vid on youtube) in the box u get the pen, 10 seeled needles, a pen nib end that screws in and another screw in part. You have to put a needle in the last mentioned part and you have to have the other end of the needle inside the pen quite a way and then screw it tight. It really works! It burns moles right away.... i had 2 small moles below 1 eye and it took them straight off! Ive taken 4 moles off and a skin tag all on setting 1. My husband is next!!

Struggled with the correct settings. Needs more instructions

I used this to remove a quite large (8mm round) mole, a smaller, raised mole, and a quite large skin-tag. I now have three scars instead, so it definitely works OK.The tip doesn't heat up, rather you get a plasma discharge, similar to an electric arc, which cauterises the skin.There's no bleeding, and only a sort of sharp tingling sensation.As my moles were quite large, I used only the thick, multi-use tip, on maximum power. It fried the moles in about 30 seconds.Lower power and the use of the single-use tips is recommended for smaller blemishes.An extremely useful item to have around to remove moles, skin tags, warts, verrucas, corns etc. Much more effective than creams etc.

Does not remove skin tag and is painful yo use

Was sceptical about this product. But for the price I thought I'd give it a try. I have a few skin tags and some spots I would like to remove and my partner has a few reaccuring warts. Them item is nicely boxed withh everything you need to get started. Love the way it charges with a standard micro usb so i can use my phone charger..I went first on full power with the big tip. Haha that was a bit brave but well worth it as it did it's work much quicker. I also tried full power on the warts. This was also very successful. It's been 6 days and both my partners and my skin afflictions have virtually gone. Very pleased with this item

So far so good only need it for the one mole on my nose and delivery was next day on a Sunday too so cool before after and during healing not even any pink scaring or nothing wish I'd done it years ago good luck guys I've gone on to remove tags of my puts awsome and I've done one one my cheek just above jawline totally worth it

Good point Nice easy light unit gets hot fast.Let Down point no reel instructions how to use for wha you may be using it for so have to go on youtube to see how people have worked it out.
