I got these mostly to stop spending money on, and drinking, energy drinks. Depending on the day I'll take either a full tablet, or just a half one. I also take with some of them when I travel so that I can get a quick hit of caffeine in the mornings. These are very convenient and low cost.

400mg dose consistently affects the state of mind (you just feel that there is something in your system), suggesting that each tablet is well-dosed. I am not quite certain if that is how caffeine is supposed to work, so would recommend to avoid taking more than 1 tablet at a time to avoid unusual sensations. The effect kicks in in 10-20 minutes. Otherwise a decent product, I like how tablets are reasonably small.
