I got these for my mum as we have noticed a decline in her cognitive abilities over the past year. It is very difficult to assess how much these help, she has only been taking them for a month, and whilst she seems more alert supplements need more time to truly notice a difference and also if she wasn’t taking them would she have declined further?These come in a box, and are blister packed so you just pop the tablet out, she manages to swallow them fine, and says they don’t taste of anything. She hasn’t had any side effects.We would buy these again if only to see how she fares over a longer period of time.

I have IBD and they set me off into a flare. I stopped taking them and tried re-starting, but they had the same effect (just to make sure it was the tablets that set me off). Only time will tell if these are effective as most supplements are longer term and effects only noticeable after several months of use.The capsules are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant aftertaste.The only slight issue I have noticed since starting on this product is that it does appear to have a mild laxative effect, but that may be just me.I will continue with their use and hope they achieve the desire result.
