If i use 8200uc headphones to take calls in a noisy coffee shop will callers hear enough ambient noise to know i am in a public place?

I have used these in Starbucks many times, and even walking around a Lowe’s once. Only problem I had was when I sat directly under a speaker and the music was on a little louder than usual.

Does the 8200 uc as advertised (208769-01) include an ac-power and usb bluetooth adapter ?

it comes with the usb blutooth adapter and a usb charging cable but not an actual wall plug in. It can be charged off your PC or using a usb to a/c adapter plug

It says it cancel 90% noise in the background . Is that for me or for the customer not to hear what is going in the background?

It cancels both. Not sure on the 90% but I know I can hardly hear my dog barking with these on and the customer barely notices. I have the radio or TV on most of the day and customer hears nothing.

Does the mic work when using the 3.5 mm wire?

The answer is yes. However, if you are buying this (PT Voyager 8200) in hopes of using the mic, you may want to consider a different solution. I had this and returned after testing the Jabra Evolve 75. There is simply no comparison in mic quality and mic noise cancellation. I work in a very busy and noisy environment, making deals on the phone all day long. This PT unit was useless with noise. The Jabra is incredible.
