Very very very satisfied with the product. Does what it promises. Good quality. Using it quite often now. Earlier making hung curd was a task but this has really solved the problem . Good study plastic. Easy to clean. Easy to use.

I love strainer, however, I just wish it was a bit more bigger in size so that I was able strain more curd or yoghurt at one time. However, it is very useful. I have used muslin cloth to strain curd or yoghurt to be able to make turkish omelettes regularly, and this strainer is way more convenient to use. Plus, I can store my curd/yoghurt in the refrigerator, in this strainer. So convenient.

Great product but needs to be cleaned thoroughly or otherwise fungus from left over yogurt starts forming

I loved it. It exceeded my expectations!! And removing the curd was so easy and hassle free. No message. Now I just empty half a curd packet in this, keep in fridge, use it over a week. Curd remains fresh and not sour.

I really enjoy this yogurt strainer. If you let it sit in a fridge overnight, the yogurt becomes really thick. I absolutely LOVE this strainer and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. It is a huge step up from using cheesecloth or any other bag. Bags are notoriously annoying to clean and I don't want to put them in the washer if I can help it. Cheesecloth just seems wasteful and if you choose to clean them - annoying to clean, as well. . I do not regret this one bit and recommend it to anyone who makes Greek yogurt. I hope it helps .

As others have mentioned, it is smaller than I expected - even though I knew that before buying. Still, it's perfect for our current needs, especially as I'm the only one of the 2 of us who is likely to actually eat the final end product, lol. I am new to yogurt making and only make small batches so far. Outcome, after 24 hours: 2 cups of unstrained whole milk yogurt made 1 cup of liquid whey and 1 cup of strained yogurt. "Your mileage may vary . . ." My process: After a new batch of whole milk yogurt had finished fermenting and was refrigerated overnight, I put 2 cups of it into the strainer and put that back in the fridge. After 24 hours, you can see the results. It is so good, really creamy!! It is not as thick or dense as store bought Greek yogurt, and is very similar to the consistency of sour cream. That may be in part depending on what the starting yogurt is like. I used a small spatula to take the strained yogurt out and there was minimal loss of yogurt to the container/mesh. Clean up was easy with hot soapy water (hand washed). I did that right away to avoid having to deal with dried bits that would likely be more stubborn. I actually like this much better than store bought Greek yogurt. Depending on how much I eat per week, I may end up getting a second one. I have one of those big round ones that often gets suggested when you search. It works very well but is way too big for the amount of yogurt we make/eat, and this little gadget fits our needs well. Seller shipped it quickly. It came in a box and had no damage during shipping. Would buy from this seller again.

Works well Would like a larger size as I usually do a gallon of milk at one time. That is why I bought the second one. Good job of straining my yogurt

De tamaño siento que está bien para mí, trae 3 bolsas de filtro. Le puse 1 lutro de yogurth y saco todo el suero y quedo en el filtro como 1/4 de yogurth espeso lo deje 24 y 72hrs. Si estaba más espeso, en cuanto al sabor nada que ver con yogurth griego ni textura. No estaba mal, pero el suero es lo que tiene la proteína. Yo creo que para los niños esta bien así por que no se siente tan ácido. Pero por la proteina si recomiendo no colgarlo. A menos de que lo utilices para 1 receta que necesite yogurth o para hacer como bolitas de queso o algo así
