I got this pre-used and I was told that packaging was damaged and they had verified in the make sure it worked that was not the case the court doesn’t stay in it not only Q not connected because every time you turn around it’s disconnected, but because I bought this on a gift card They refused to replace it or return it in that time because the card is no longer active the people there would do nothing but say they will pause the chat not get me a supervisor not get me anybody to replace it. My warranty is until March 28. Today is March 15. I am a single mother. I thought this would help me in my home with my daughter but what they’re doing is making me keep an eye on that doesn’t work and there’s nothing I can do with it because the card is inactive. All I wanted was a replacement.
