Amazing performance from this E1 set! 5 stars over 4 because of strong customer service. There are some gaps in written documentation. However, Support was very responsive by email. I use the kit as base/rover (UHF data link) to set GCPs for RTK drone photogrammetry and then I use base mode to broadcast NTRIP on Wi-Fi for my ground station during drone photo collection. Between the insight from the SC200 UI and help from Support I was able to configure correctly. In my case, the missing step was logging into the base E1 with a laptop Wi-Fi to actually enable NTRIP. Once that was done, I was fully up and running. I probably could have had even faster response if I had used the WhatsApp option instead of email, but I always received a response within 24 hours! I have owned 2 E1 units and an Sc200 data collector for several months now and am very happy. The E1 Base and Rover continue to impress me. Initially I bought it to be a base unit for DJI Matrice 350 rtk and L2 lidar. SingularXYZ has good documentation on setting up the NTRIP server on GPS unit to communicate with the RC Plus 2. It worked well for that purpose. I've also used it for lots of different surveying functions. Topos, Boundary, stakeout you name it and it has done well. I've tested it against Trimble equipment that costs 10x the price and it holds its own. The tilt functions are impressive. The singular pad software running on the data collector is great. It has a learning curve if you are use to Trimble but once you get practice and build out your code library it functions great. Having a data collector that's android based is awesome compared to locked down and insanely expensive licensing that comes with other brands. Customer service and tech support has been amazing. They have robust documentation and tutorials. If my question isn't already answered through documentation then their tech support answers on Whatsapp within the next day. They are friendly and helpful. The measurements this equipment takes are accurate, repeatable, and dependable. It really is impressive what you get at this price point.

Good GNSS receiver for field work. It is compact, easy to carry, and the connection has been stable during use. RTK performance has been reliable in my experience, and the battery life is good for a normal workday. I would recommend it for surveying and mapping tasks.

Update: I have been trying to get this to work for several weeks. Sometimes it does... mostly it doesn't. Singularxyz needs to provide step by step instructions. Instead they provide videos which go by in steps too fast to be of practical use. The indicator lights on the units cannot be seen in sunlight. You can't tell if it is on or off. The hand held controller flashes warnings that disappear so quickly they are of no help. It might be a better use of your $$$ to buy something else. (frustrated in Oregon) They did give me a two hour video conference from Shanghai China. ( but I don't speak Mandarin )

Muy contento con mis equipos, es mi segundo gnss de la marca singular xyz, también tengo un z1 y lo que mas impresiona es lo bien que trabaja en entornos con bastante vegetación, interferencia por la ciudad, muy recomendado, ademas que siempre estan lo de soporte, por alguna duda, seguiré comprando, esperando que salga horus y la base en venta en Amazon

El equipo GNSS ha funcionado muy bien y cumple con lo esperado para trabajos de topografía y RTK. Una parte importante de mi experiencia ha sido el soporte técnico: me han atendido por WhatsApp, resolviendo dudas de configuración y operación, además de facilitarme software, firmware y otras actualizaciones necesarias. Eso da mucha confianza al momento de usar el equipo en campo. Soy usuario de Guatemala

I have been using my E1 RTK GNSS from Singular XYZ for several weeks now and I am very happy with the ease of use and the quality of this equipment. I am a land developer and use this equipment for the purpose of staking everything myself whenever needed without the wait time and expense of surveyors to come do the same thing. The SingularPad data collector that came with the package is awesome and can do everything including importing DWG files I get from the engineers to work from. I have now purchased the SingularPad software from them and installed it on a 10" Android Tablet that I am using on my dozer for guidance on the jobsite which is far cheaper than using grade control systems from the big guys! For the price of this equipment you simply cannot go wrong. This stuff is better equipment than my surveyors have!
