a lot of formatting !!
This product is amazing and a certainly a dummies mp3 player , the problem with the manual is no instructions on things that actually need to be further addressed such a mp3 organization and labeling but everything else in between is amazing ,the issue with mp3s need to be in one folder ,under the mnt root section make another music folder slap your albums in that, the apps do not do a good job off properly organization I’m assuming that has something to do with android file organization sys for this device , you also need to be aware that you have to format your book as plain Utf-8 txt, these processes will take all day if you have large file , replace the crappy micro sd with a Samsung , sandisk ,or pny ,also pictures display at 244 by 160 pixels so anything is not really gonna look all that good but for whatever reason 1950 by 1950 uploads seems to stretch to screen automatically and perfectly , external speaker is decent and does not sound good at its maximum of 20 I kept it around 10-17, Bluetooth is 5.2 and works just fine , this device however is not for someone who needs a super smart device this is a piece of art back from 2001 with a very small programmable means and that is what it is intended for so all the bad reviews need to go take a few computer science classes

Well built portable MP3 music play comes with nice extras and features
For me this MP3 Player covered all my needs. The Bluetooth was solid, and easy to connect to a Logitech Bluetooth receiver connected to my home stereo. It will not connect to my Samsung ear buds. I would need to get a generic pair to go wireless. My wife's hearing aids do work with it however. They do include a wired pair of ear buds that are similar to the old wired Apple ones. The quality of sound is very good. The small internal speaker with a sound port on the back is just good for reference. The variety of play out is what I wanted. I have some songs in folders that I wanted to just play the organized songs that way. So search by Folder option is nice. I can also have play list search by artist, by album, or by song. It can shuffle the songs if you want. It also remembers what you had played last. If you stopped the song in mid play, it holds that position when you return. The color touch screen works well. The extra features included Calculator, Stopwatch, Photo, Calendar, Clock. The Audio Recorder function has features of High Quality, VAD, Noise Reduction, and Recording Monitor. The FM Radio needs the wired ear buds to function as an antenna. It worked pretty well with an auto search function putting discovered stations into a number of presets. The E Book found some text files I had with my music files and also it found some .JPG photo files using the Photo function. The battery holds up well now using it for a few days on a single charge, and today stressing it with checking all the other functions. The screen does go dark after a selected amount of time which really saves on battery life. You need to press the power button to bring the screen back up which is good to not have inadvertent screen touches do that. Finally the storage is all on the included removable 126GB Mini SD card. Also included is a USB C to Mini SD card adaptor. Looking into the Mini SD card initially has three folders labeled Bluetooth, Audio, and Recording. Loading your MP3 audio files from your computer into the Audio folder sets up everything proper for your music.

Excellent vendor support, and unexpected extras make this a great value.
Good product, well packaged, and comes with some unexpected additions. The first thing that comes up when you turn the device on, is a list of languages. Nothing in the manual said anything about the tiny screen being touch sensitive. So, assuming that it would default to English, I took no action, and was taken to the 'Home' screen. However, now everything was in Italian. While Italian is a beautiful language, unfortunately, I don't speak or read it. I tried tapping several of the icons to see if I could locate Settings to change the language, but my lack of knowledge of Italian, yielded no satisfactory outcome. The Manual simply said to go to Settings to change language and a number of other properties. Frustrated, I emailed the company at the address given in the manual. To their credit, I received a response in less than 24 hours, with instructions on how to access Settings. I really appreciate vendors who respond to requests, so this was a big positive. The device comes with a TF card installed, and also a TF card reader. Music can be added either with the TF card reader, or with the supplied USB cable. Adding music was quite easy. If you are adding music from your CDs, etc. the way the tracks are indexed should work fine for you. You can access tracks by Artist, or Album, or simply choose All Tracks. If, however, your music comes from various sources, and you want large, diverse playlists, you might want to consider getting an MP3 Tag editor, and change the album name on diverse playlists to the name of the playlist. I was able to pair the player with my Galaxy Pro 3 earbuds quite easily. Good value fpr the money. Why only 4 stars? The manual is practically worthless.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID...you've been warned.
You know, I have to say that this is the worst mp3 player I have ever owned or ever hope to own. I just moved to Florida and had to replace my old mp3 that was lost. I saw all the great reviews and took a chance on this one, boy was I wrong. I jog early (4-5am) every other day, the Bluetooth connectivity was spotty or failed completely, especially once I started running, I cannot remember one time it ever connected correctly. The storage capacity is decent and I did not have problems loading my small playlist of music to the device. The small size makes accessing the control buttons a fumble, I wound up ejecting the TF card a couple times when I was trying to turn it on and pressed the wrong button by mistake. Also, the ease of use is lacking and touch screen is one of the worst I have ever experienced, it is too small for my fingers and it doesn't sense touch...I guess that is too much to ask for a TOUCH SCREEN, right? Lastly, it quit working completely after about 6 months, I purchased this crap in June of 2025 and by Dec it gave out completely after a cold snap passed through central Florida. If I were still up in West Virginia with 4 degree weather in December it probably would have given up the ghost much sooner. Overall I say avoid this piece of junk, you are paying $30 for lots of headaches and very little music. I am not even going to try and return this mess because I am sure I will get nothing after six months of this, so avoid this one at all costs. Two thumbs way down.

Great player for that price
Bought this for my infant kid who hates headphones, this has a build in speaker and decent operating system (sound quality is not apple’s iPod of course) kid falls asleep with it and works a whole night if I don’t shut it off, battery lasts very nicely. I find that adding music is best to do it directly on the SD card and not connecting the mp3 to the computer, it freezes, takes long and very cumbersome, just connect SD card to the computer itself, the volume range is perfect from high while he plays to low when he sleeps. Do not use the bluetooth at all.

Had challenges connecting via Bluetooth to two separate devices
It was easy to load music onto the device and it was also easy to set it to shuffle play. The capacity was excellent and the overall size was very good. However, I was able to pair it via Bluetooth with my earbuds but not my hearing aids and not my Ion Block Rocker. Since I had to use a 3.5-3.5mm audio cable instead of Bluetooth, the sound was not as good as desired on the Block Rocker (compared to my phone which connected perfectly using Bluetooth to the Ion speaker). It did the job for the party I needed it for, but would not recommend it.

Amazing
I paid very little for this player. I need it for autism reasons. I was surprised by the included case, screen protector, and micro SD card. I have not had any issues with the sound quality, the Bluetooth works well and hasn't had any interference, and I am surprised by how easy it is to navigate and use. It's a great value for what I paid and is very good quality. It reminds me of my old iPod Nano. The speaker is surprisingly loud and while tinny? It's a tiny speaker. It's going to be. I attached it to my wallet and it is always with me. It charges fully and lasts for at least 6 hours. I haven't used it longer but the battery was far from dead. The downside to me is needing folders for playlists. This is strange and inefficient. I did end up using one of the lanyard tools that you put in the case and it adds a loop for cellphones. This means I take the case off for charging due to it being a little thick for this. It's amazing. The screen protectors go on easily and mine is entirely free of bubbles after a day of use. I had a couple of stubborn ones and they have worked their way out.
