I bought these individual packets because my son needs to take a medication daily That leaves a very bad taste in his mouth. At home, he takes his medicine with a tablespoon of Nutella and this was our solution for traveling. What I love the most is that this box comes with a bag of small plastic spoons that allow you to scoop out the Nutella easily. It is more like a small shovel in size. The serving size is a little bit more than 1 tablespoon so if you were also trying to cut back on calories this is an ideal size for dropping into your coffee or for spreading across one piece of toast.
