Melts better than the other brands, and I think it tastes better but that's a close call like "best among equals". It's excellent chocolate. Nuff sed. Makes excellent and nutritious brownies. Shipped very quickly. What else do you want, egg in your beer?

I love chocolate, and this is my new favorite. I use it in my coffee instead of sugar or sugary cocoa. I eat it raw, as well, as a dessert. Yes, it is a bit bitter and tannic, but there is nos sugar. This is raw chocolate. It is an acquired taste, and after eating for the past few months, I like the flavor of this better than any other surgery milk or dark chocolate.

This brand of chocolate is better for making fudge and other baked products as it doesn't seize up like Baker's brand. Great flavor and good value for the money.

I bought this product as a keto snack (3g net carbs per square). I just finished my first bar. I can only eat one square per sitting because of the deep rich dark taste. If you are expecting it to taste like Hershey chocolate bar then you will be disappointed. Do you remember the first time you drank coffee? Likely, it didn't taste good but after a while your taste buds changed to where it now tastes good! This is a similar product. My first square tasted bad but now I am really liking the taste! It is not sweet it is dark and rich, slightly chalky. A nice low carb snack! I keep mine in the freezer.. 4 out of 5 stars, would recommend.
