I do this as the multivitamins do not have vitamin d in them. I have been feeling great and have not had a cold or an illness since covid started. It could be the combination of them all, but previously My Dr had diagnosed me with low immunity and said my white blood cells count was low. I had been suffering swollen glands and throat for all of 2019 and early 2020, but since this combo of supplements I have not had a problem with my glands or infections.
