Would buy again but big capsules.
Did the job. The capsules are quite big compared to others so a little tricky to swallow multiple at a time but doesn’t taste of anything (which is a good thing). No side effects. Would buy again.

Better than creatine powder
Very easy to swallow and packaging and pills look very cool. I used powder before but could not use after month as it made me feel sick drinking it, and these pills are the perfect alternative. Highly recommend, don't be worried about swallowing if that's on your mind.

Love this creatine. Been using these for a few years now and wouldn’t change. Feel strong and recover quickly between sessions in the gym. No cramps in muscles which I had with other brands and very easy to consume. Definitely recommend for anyone looking to add gains and a regular in the gym.
