Almond Snappy Munchies!
I was looking for a chewy, nutritious snack that didn't contain lots of fat, calories or cholesterol as I am admittedly a muncher. The raw almonds are absolutely perfect as I can grab a handful, not feel guilty, and still have the satisfaction of chewing on a healthy, raw food. The almonds taste great, have no salt (I have lymphedema), and my mind is constantly telling me "these are good for you". Enjoy!!
