It’s a very big bottle and has been my favorite for several months now. A lot of fish oil pills tend to be very uncomfortable to swallow but not these. I can swallow the single serving (2 capsules) at once which is not the case for most fish oil pills out there. I think these are definitely worth the money. Has definitely helped with my pain relief the past few months after being recommended to start taking this. I haven’t noticed too much in my skin health to be completely honest, i do a lot of other things with my skin and have a strict skincare routine already so i don’t think i would even really notice.
