I have PMOS (PCOS) and am prediabetic, and am desperate to move out of the prediabetic range before it's too late. I wear a cgm to track how different foods affect my blood sugar. I try to eat low/healthy carbs, eat proteins and fats before carbs, walking after eating... And while that all does make a difference, when I added this bitter melon supplement it made an instant and noticeable improvement over all that. I posted a screenshot of my cgm weekly review and put a heart around the day I started taking the bitter melon when I ate a large meal (ie: lunch/dinner) and you can see how much more consistent my blood sugar was. And, I was unable to be as strict with my eating this week due to work, so those weekend days when my glucose was better also happened when I was eating more carbs than I normally do.
