I have PMOS (PCOS) and am prediabetic, and am desperate to move out of the prediabetic range before it's too late. I wear a cgm to track how different foods affect my blood sugar. And while that all does make a difference, when I added this bitter melon supplement it made an instant and noticeable improvement over all that. I posted a screenshot of my cgm weekly review and put a heart around the day I started taking the bitter melon when I ate a large meal (ie: lunch/dinner) and you can see how much more consistent my blood sugar was.
