Great product, really helped to ease my muscle cramping after exercises.

These are brilliant, didn’t work the first week but the 2nd made such a difference. I have a stressful job and due to being tired all the time I didn’t feel I was functioning. My 2nd week of taking them I got a restful sleep I woke up feeling ready for the day normally I felt groggy, most days I couldn’t even remember my drive to work until I arrived. I’m more mentally switched on with these gummies. And challenges at work don’t feel as major as they once did.

I’ve been taking this magnesium plus ashwagandha supplement for a short time and so far I’m pleased with it. It’s good value for money, especially as you get 120 capsules, which lasts a decent amount of time when taking two capsules a day. The capsules are easy to swallow compared to tablets, which is a big plus for me. I take them in the evening and they do seem to help me relax and unwind, and I feel that my sleep has been a bit better since starting them. It’s still too early to say how effective it will be long term, but based on my experience so far, I’m happy with the product and would give it four stars.

Love these taste really good like other customers say and I think they actually work definitely fall asleep faster and a better sleep. May take a while to build up tolerance but so good so far.
