Nothing much to say really, it does what it says on the label,is easy to fit only time will tell how good it is .

Seems to be standing up well to the Welsh weather and steam from boiler flue. Now had this through weeks of torrential rain and it seems to be standing up well with no signs of rust or wear. It looks much better than the awful brown, plastic coated one fitted by the boiler installer and which did not last long and poured rust all down our white render. This stainless steel one barely notices on the white rendering and there is no rusting. Well worth the money.

This is fitted outside the house over the vent from a gas fire in the lounge.It is a statutory requirement to have and is one of the items inspected each year in the annual gas inspection.However they are quite light guage steel and they do deteriorate in the heat from the vent.I find I have to replace it about every 5 years. Nonetheless this particular item is inexpensive and so it is actually not bad value.

Bought to replace a horrible old square one with sharp edges. This fits perfectly and is less dangerous for small people hitting their head on it. Great product and well made.

Item delivered promptly. Fits well. It should last for some time.

Apart from being a little longer than the previous galvanised one which it replaces, being proper stainless means yhis already looks nicer and should stay that way rather than streaking brown rust stains down the wall again. Apart from my wife's 'chip pan' comment I think it is well worth the money!

Previous plastic coated mild steel guard went rusty, stained the wall then developed a big hole. This looks more like what is required.
