Great scooter
My son has had this for a while now and really puts it to the test. It has held up very well and seems to be very well-made. Hold the charge for a very long time.

Large, we’ll made and smooth riding
I bought this for my college daughter… She loves it. Smooth riding with large air filled tires. It has a large foot base which makes it easy to stay on for a few mile ride. I love the safety features..tail lights, a bright head light and side blue lights that light up around her scooter so all can see her coming. It also has a bell/horn. This is important because the scooter is so quiet. I read all the reviews of the cheaper models and I am so glad we went with this one.

Mixed Feelings about this one
I will say that I have now tried 3 different scooters, all similar sizes at this same price point, so I am coming from a little bit of knowledge here about what to expect. This scooter has some great features, but also some pretty significant shortcomings. I really wanted to like it. For the positives- It has a nice wide platform, with really nice grip. It doesn't seem to take up any more space than the other ones, but it has more useful space to stand. You can stand comfortably with both feet next to each other. And, there is cruise control. Those two features make this the most comfortable ride out of all of them, as long as you are going on a smooth road. It's fairly easy to operate and to ride. But the drawbacks- battery life is not great, it gets only about half as far as it claims, and that's without running the speakers (which, by the way, might seem like a good idea, but they are average at best and annoying in reality, and would have been better to have just been left out entirely). The build isn't great, it has one bolt that just won't go in straight no matter what, and the clip that holds it together when it's folded for storage is just an add on piece to the handlebar that looks like an afterthought. It doesn't have any sort of suspension, so you feel every bump and lump along the way. I actually had to return the first one I got because of several issues right out the box. I am glad I did because that would have been a much worse review. But, the replacement was much better and I can give it a serious 3.4 stars at this point. I just wish it was better because I love the wide platform and cruise control, and would love some more power and battery life to go along with it.

Trash
Do not buy this e scooter. I've own two of them. The first one stop charging after 20 days. The usage was only a mile a day. The store wouldn't take it back. Reached out for customer support. I'm not kidding they took 30 days to reply back. During that time I bought another one. The tire went flat within 5 days. Had to use tire slime so it would hold air. Mind you this was driven on concrete only. The picture I sent shows the tire stim. It's suppose to lay in. But only sticks out now.

Mediocre Scooter, HORRIBLE Support.
I purchased this scooter in April of 2025. For a few months, it was fine. not perfect, but it was affordable. back in mid-2025, i wouldve given it 4 stars. eventually, something went wrong with the battery and it would not accelerate anymore and would essentially die right after being turned on. When this happened, i reached out to their support team and was issued a replacement. see, that sounds great, but there was a problem. The max distance seemed much lower, and it was incapable of accelerating over about 9 mph. and look, i completely understand that top speed and max distance are just estimates, but i ran tests. i have tested it in every possible situation i could. weather, temperature, weight of the rider, road condition, i changed everything i could, but the speed and distance never improved i reached out to the support team a few times after this, and every time i ran into the same few walls: they needed a video demonstrating the issue, and they wouldnt budge on the idea that the speed and distance were variable, even though i was giving them every possible proof that that wasnt relevant my final attempt to contact them was yesterday. they told me that since the warranty expired, there was nothing they could do. so, if you want a $450 paperweight, five stars. but as a scooter, dont waste your time
