Outdoor Surface Care Multi-Purpose Foaming Cleaner

Great cleaner for very mildew stained concrete blocks.

I finally used this on my deck after having it for a couple of months. I recently bought my house and the prior owners weren't very good at maintenance. Anywho after sliding on my a$$ on time too many because of built-up algae I decided to try this stuff. I couldn't believe how well it worked! I put it on and used a medium bristle brush/mop. Waited 10 minutes, came back and I could see junk lifted from the wood. I stepped up on the deck to spray down and I left footprints where I walked because the green goo was pushed away from my sneakers due to the weight. I literally was amazed! I did another wash and it looks like new wood! I'm probably going to do it again just to get a couple spots that I missed. While I was doing the deck I thought what the heck, around the door there was algae on my siding so I used the brush and hit a couple spots. Again, I was amazed! White vinyl siding with algae was beautiful and I could visually see a difference from the other white that didn't have algae on it but apparently some dirt. Nice and white. It also looked beautiful. I can't recommend this more! Really does the job and very well at that. I really wish that I took a before and after picture. Maybe I will after I do some more siding.

I love this product. It works just as well as 30Seconds but for less money. I cleaned my entire front porch with one cannister when 30Seconds needed 4. The siding of my house was spotless in one go. There were parts of my porch that I had to go back and wipe clean but all in all, it did the job efficiently. I did a very lackadaisical concrete cover that yielded no results. I will say that was my fault for not actually trying. I just gave it a quick spray while I was making my way to the porch. The porch is all white, with a brownish, plastic-ish top. Everything was dirty but now everything is clean. Once again, it's fine. Not perfect, but fine. What I'm happiest about is finding a product that is as good as 30Seconds but for less the money. This product is a total win. EDIT: SEP 25TH 2024 So, I went to work on my driveway and the results were minimal. On one part of the concrete, I did a second run and scrubbed it with a stiff push broom before rinsing. All I can say is, it looks like a cleaner dirty area. That sounds weird, yes, but I cannot attest to there being a total cleaning. And I ran over several areas. Works great on porches and siding, but not so well on concrete. WOW. I do not do review on products. Now this one needs credit! I have never used a cleaner on my deck until today. I just knew I was going to have to scrub it. I DID NOT. I put in no effort. This product started working immediately. I will buy this product again, and I highly recommend to wood owners. This was the first cleaning after winter. If you know, you know! I am excited that my whole day was not consumed from scrubbing. It does have a bleach smell and didn't really foam, but it WORKED!! 👏

Easy to setup and apply. Did a nice job on. Vinyl siding, spray on wait and rise. For a wood deck, Required a lot of scrubbing to remove some but not are the mildew/mold. Hard to tell the difference between areas treated with Dawn soap and water and light scrubbing compared to this spray on product. No smell.

Used this on vinyl siding and it removed the mold within minutes. Some reviewers stated that it did not work on porous surfaces like wood decks, wood siding, brick or concrete. For those materials, it's better to just mix bleach with water and spray it on. I have a one-story gable roof, and the nozzle sprayed the solution to siding at the top of the gable. So use this on non-porous surfaces only. PS I first tried a similar product in the green bottle (MOLD ARMOUR), and it was junk, like spraying water.
