I'm a well-recognized, renowned chef. I'm a huge lover of knives and have some over forty years old that are still in use. The brand was new to me and required research. I am a huge fan of Shun, Wusthof, Henckels, and similar knives. This knife, upon removal, was a nice blend of weight, lighter than my German and Swiss knives, tad heavier than my Asian knives. The packaging was beautiful, would be a great gift for someone who loves great food and knives. Would buy more, yes I was and am a bit shocked as I did not know the brand. I found these while researching and dug into reviews across different platforms, finding that chefs did enjoy them. NO, they don't act or feel like a Shun, however they are razor sharp, comfortable to use, and again very sharp.

Well made, high quality, sharp as a razor. Cuts thru meat like a hot knife thru butter. Let the knife do the work; no need to push hard. I also love how well it's balanced, right at the base of the blade. Have a sheath and tip protector are a nice touch to help maintain the sharp edge. Better than my Heinkel knives. I plan on getting the rest of the lineup. The Memorial Day discount makes it a no-brainer.

This knife is sharp, it almost feels like a razor blade! We have owned a lot of different knives in our time including a set of the famous German kitchen knives and nothing else has been this sharp and well balanced period. I started out buying this blade for my son as a thank you for helping me with some chores around the house; well, after it came and I opened it up to check it out, I was amazed at the quality and out of the box sharpness of this knife, so I immediately ordered a second one for me.I absolutely love and recommend this chefs knife to everyone who appreciates a good blade, yes I hand wash and dry it because it is carbon steel and needs care but I think you will find it to be an absolute perfect addition to your kitchen tools.

This knife is awesome! I already own one and purchased another to gift to a family member because it's that good of a knife! It’s really sharp and cuts through everything easily—veggies, meat, even tough stuff. It feels good in my hand and doesn’t slip when I’m chopping.The handle is comfy, and the whole thing feels solid and well-made. It comes in a nice box. Includes sheath.Way better than the cheap knives I used to use. Totally worth the money! Definitely recommend. Be careful - it's sharp!

Nicely balanced chef knife at excellent price!I am a knife guy, and I really appreciate the quality of this knife. It is well finished, balanced and sharp out of the box. I put a finer edge on it and did some immediate chopping. Excellent results. I recommend.

This is so sharp but I guess not perfect for daily use. Probably you will cut yourself , you have to be so careful

i've had the knife since 2019, the build quality is pretty good. Never had a problem with the knife chipping or rusting, only had to sharpen the knife 3 times in the 6 years i have had it.
