Wonderful addition to snack time without the sugary carbs.

Nasty cereal.
Taste ranges from bland to disgusting with a nasty texture in the mouth. Like eating scabs in milk. Very poor value for the dollar barely any servings in a very expensive box. If you need nutrients, get a protein shake and some corn flakes. At least then you'd get to enjoy your breakfast.
