Shipping box was ok but the product box was damaged inside I changed it up and it didn't turn on keeped pushing the remote and worked just fine few hours latter when to use and same thing and it stoped working and light on both was on but didn't work turned remote off and light stayed on the plug till battery died don't waist your money on this

Great for a beginner, perfect size. Lots of fun vibrations. Owned less than a month and it will no longer charge. Battery dead. Product durability is a disappointment. Would be a five star product otherwise!
