Terrific product.
The Medi Grade Sinus Rinse Bottle, 500ml worked just as described by the manufacturer here on Amazon, and was a terrific bargain.Easy to open packaging and directions for use. It even came with 30 saline rinse packages, and a nice tidy storage bag to stow in the bathroom closet.So easy, a caveman could use it.Highly recommended.

Simple and effective.
I chose this irrigator because it is simple, inexpensive -far less expensive than a machine which requires a battery and proprietary accessories - and has a larger bottle than other similar bottles.I am pleased with the item's performance, after first use. The instructions were clear and the process simple. My sinuses feel very clear, breathing has noticeably improved. I will continue to use it and would buy it again.

Very good product
The nasal rinse sachet for the solution. Is excellent. My nasal passages were significantly clearer and the ease with which to use makes this a wonderful product.

Works well
It’s like a waterfall of saline water through my nose. I saw a tip online to do this. Start breathing through your mouth before you start. I honestly felt relief as soon as I was done.
