I buy a LOT of portable fans (for gifts, for myself, and to resell), and this is one of my favorites! The price is great, and it produces a wonderful, quite powerful breeze on either of the 2 settings. UBS-C charger - charge lasts a long time. I dropped it a couple of times, and the fan blades can come off, but snap right back on easily. Small enough to fit in my smaller cross-body purses, I keep it on me at all times.

I purchased this for our Hawaii trip. The fan is compact, lightweight, easily fits in a handbag or pocket making it highly portable. It has 2 speed setting and quickly charges with the USB that is provided. Just one charge lasted us two days. Cons: The on/off switch is very sensitive and would sometimes get stuck in between speeds.

I travel with this in my backpack all the time. Works great. Can stand on its own and I like that I can angle the blades. Life saver when the airplane or bus has been oppressingly hot.

This device is SO much better than a handheld fan. I used it on planes, on buses, and while out and about on vacation. It kept me so cool and comfortable, and it was easy to transport without taking up to my space in my bag. The top of the fan fits snugly on the bottom of the unit, serving as a handle while in use. It took me way too long to realize that. Also, one charge lasts an incredibly long time. I use my fan as often as needed and the battery never ran out on me. Just make sure that you charge it as often as you can. Be careful using this if you have long hair. The one day I decided not to wear my hair in a ponytail, I got it caught in the fan. Fortunately it still worked, but I had to spend a little time with some tweezers to get all of the loose hairs out. I love that this fan uses the same charger as my phone, so I don't need to carry multiple chargers when traveling. In addition to a travel essential, I think these fans would also make a great gift.

I had been looking into a handheld/portable mini fan after recent surgery and change in weather. While recovering in bed, I find it difficult to get comfortable, and even worse when I cannot control my body temperature. Whether it be the heat or just stillness in the air making it difficult to breathe, I knew I needed assistance. This little fan has been a huge help for all those moments when I just can't take it anymore. I found it on sale, with fast shipping, precisely in my time of need. It is surprisingly powerful, even on the low setting, which I've yet to surpass after initial testing. The high speed option packs an even bigger punch. While I cannot speak to the battery and charging capabilities, I used this straight out of the box and have not experienced any change in its power during use. At up to 5 consecutive minutes maximum, and maybe 10 times used, it is still kicking major butt. It is my sincere hope that this will hold up to its expectations during hot summer travel. I love the tilting function for hands free enjoyment. The cap fits snug and keeps the soft blades protected from dust and general damage when not in use. It even has a little carry strap for easy handling or storage if you clip it to your bag or clothing. I will admit that this is larger than I expected, however, I did not read the dimensions past it being handheld. If you carry a very small purse, this may not fit along with phone and other small necessities, but you can always hold it on your wrist or use a separate clip to attach where needed. This would also fit in many pockets (but we all know a lot of womens pockets are fake or limited in space). So far I am very pleased with my purchase!

It was great when it did work - had good speed and held up a charge. However, I bought this about 5 months ago and the blades came off so now it is unusable.
