Do keep in mind that the product doesn't contain a lot of calcium (only 200 mg). I think most women should take more than that. But then again, consult a doctor. The capsules are also a bit large, and may need to be cut in half and swallowed for some people. But we didn't have any issues with that.

Great price point and convenient to purchase

I don't know if I can credit multivitamins with the fact that I'm an active 79 year old but I have always taken them in hopes that they would compensate for an erratic eating pattern. I was going over my few medications with a hospital pharmacist and mentioned taking multivits for older women; Her response, "I do too". They can't hurt and few of us eat a perfectly balanced diet.

Never taken vitamins before however has been recommended to me. I searched and found these. Great price and easy to swallow. Very pleased and will continue to purchase.
