The media could not be loaded.  Comes with simple instructions and not much assembly required.The app is an annoying setup process to connect the camera to your account. Wish that was easier and not so loud. The camera just dings until it finally finishes its setup.I got this because I live on the opposite side of the country from the rest of my family and there are many different birds out here. This way they can look in and see which birds are in my area. However, you have to pay a monthly fee for bird recognition. No thanks. If it was a one time fee, sure, but not monthly. They will just have to look the birds up for themselves. For some people I'm sure this is a great feature, it's just not for me.Placing the feeder was fast and easy. It comes with a solar panel or you can just charge it up and set it up in place and then recharge it when needed. I chose the solar panel option. It does come with a really long cord so if needed you could place it high up in a tree so it gets sunlight. I did not measure the cord length.There are several mounting options such as pole mounting, bracket with screws, or bracket with a strap. I chose the strap method because it was easy and I didn't have to damage any trees.There is an antenna that really helps with the WiFi signal. However you can also just use an SD card if you aren't near wifi.We have enjoyed watching the birds come to feed and play. I am absolutely shocked no squirrels have come to feast yet. I'm not sure what is detering them.

I really like this bird feeder and being able to watch live streams is awesome! Great tech for a bird feeder. This feeder is easy to assemble and get connected to the app. You have to have an SD card which is not provided. Getting it up and running took about 15-20 minutes. The video/picture quality is great. I'm not looking to pay a monthly subscription for AI identification so I can't attest as to how that works. There is a little lag opening the app and getting the video going, but it's pretty seemless after it's running. Now if I can only keep the squirrels out of it. Overall very happy!

This is such a cute idea for bird watchers and enthusiasts.This birdhouse was fairly simple to put together. Build quality is good-ish, though there are some fragile pieces. The clip to attach the roof to the little house snapped far more easily than it should have. A bit of super glue did the trick and it's now solid, but it is worth noting to be careful with it when assembling. There is an included tree or pole mount and an enclosed sticker to help get the holes in the right spots.The attached "porch" where the birds can land has little spikes for leaving fruit and indentations for jelly. And it's easy to swing up the roof portion to fill with seed.Camera is a standard Vico home security camera, so a good solid quality camera and there is an included solar panel to keep it charged.Where I live, we are not quite ready to set this out yet, there is still a bit of snow to contend with but I am eager to get this set up!Very pleased with this!

It takes a few minutes to assemble and get the app installed and running, but once set up, this is a really cool bird feeder. It has good food storage capacity, and I never saw one before with a place to put other types of food to attracted a more wide range of birds. The camera and live video work smoothly with great clarity and color, even when using night vision. It has plenty of memory, and a solar component to keep it charged and minimize down time if you had to manually charge it. You have to option to subscribe for AI bird identification which is a wonderful feature for bird watchers wanting to learn more about what species they are attracting to their yard. I got this for my parents because they can't get outside as much, especially in winter, as they have limited mobility, so now they can watch from inside the home in any weather. The birdhouse seems durable, and everything seems to be working well so far.

This smart bird feeder would make a great gift for someone with limited mobility who cannot easily get outside. As long as someone fills it with seed the camera enables someone inside to take in and truly enjoy watching the birds. What a fantastic idea.

I really like this feeder. The color of the feeder is really nice. I really like the range of this feeder as it has an antenna for extended range. The video comes in crystal clear and takes high quality pictures. How ever for the ai to work you have to purchase a monthly subscription in the app. I really like the solar charger that keeps the camera charged so you dont have to keep charging it separately like others. It is very easy to put together and I had it connected to the app in under 2 mins.

Kind of an interesting device. It's a home security camera built in to a bird feeder. Easy to set up, and really fun to see the different birds that come visit. There's an interesting component which is the smart AI that identifies most birds, but there's a monthly subscription for that. It might be cool for a couple months until you learn all the birds in your area but it's not something I would keep paying for personally.Overall build quality is good and setup was easier than I expected. Video quality is good. There's an app you use to set everything up and I had some issues with it at first but eventually got it all set up and working fine. I'm having more fun with this bird camera than I thought I would. Everyone who sees it is curious about it and I've seen a lot more different birds come by than I was expecting.
