Fast shipping and great fan!
Fan assemblies easily. Works great oscillating or in stop position. No noise good for a bedroom circulating air. Well worth the money. Does not have a remote, but that's no issue. If your too lazy to stand up and push a button up or down or turn a dial off this fan isn't for you. Money wise just wonderful for price. Ahhhh nice breeze.

Item met expectations, and I'm satisfied with the purchase so far.
The fan was fairly easy to assemble and has been working well since I started using it. It's easy to adjust the angle, and it remains stable on a solid surface. It's just the right size for the bedroom and has good airflow.

Exactly what I needed.
I love this fan and have used it pretty much every single night since I got it. It is so quiet I never hear it running. And it is awesome with the amount of air it circulates around. I actually got this to replace the air flow I am no longer getting from a ceiling fan. I let someone else install the ceiling fan a long time ago that I wish I had not done, because I have installed these myself and did it right the first time. Since this person who should have known what they were doing, but obviously did not. They pressed on the movable part of the fan to check for sturdiness instead of the actual part the actually holds the weight of the fan from the ceiling. This was a small inexpensive ceiling fan mind you. But after only a couple of years it is already not putting out enough air to even feel it. And because it was not properly installed, if you turn it on high speed it rattles and makes to much noise for me. Just makes me angry to the point I will be having to remove it. In the meantime I decided to go back to old school and just get this stand up fan and I am so very glad I did. It is the perfect height, takes up very little space. And provides an incredibly good flow of air even at the lowest speed setting. The price was fair, I will mention these new installation instructions are not quite as good as they used to be. Maybe I am just getting old. But I have installed so many different things and put together so many things that good old fashioned common sense has gotten me through. So on your scale of 0 to 5 for that? I would give about a 3 rating. But, still it was not that difficult and actually I found a you tube video that confirmed the placement of the bottom of the stand. I was also missing one screw to attach the bottom but I am getting by without it. I almost messaged the seller to send me another one, but didn't want to bother with it. It seems to be holding up just fine. It is not heavy anyway, but am listing here just so the buyer will know. You don't have to do anything to make up for it. I just thank you that the fan works wonderfully, it is so nice and quiet and overall I am very happy with it. Thank you again so much and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good fan, especially with the heat of summer right around the corner. Thanks again.

Works well. Weird noises
It's fine. I bought another fan of this size and a different brand that suddenly stopped working after about 7 months. I wanted one I could get quickly because my room runs really hot. This one was easy to put together and is great at cooling but I am taking a point off because it seems to make a weird noise on the upper two settings that I have to compensate for when I'm falling asleep. It's also lighter weight and feels a little less substantial than the one I had before. But that one stopped working so maybe that's not a big thing. One thing I did want to mention is that the base of it is pretty big and is taking up a lot more tablespace than the one I had before. I may have made a different choice if I had known that ahead of time. It's a solid fan with just a few little quirks that would probably mean I wouldn't buy a second one. But I'm going to keep using this one and I'll update if that changes.

A good basic fan
It's mostly all plastic, so it's light. It really puts out a lot of wind and the oscillating feature is very good. The power knob is smooth, so it's kind of hard to turn. Otherwise, it's a good fan.

Holmes oscillating twelve inch fan
So I got this Van delivered on March 15th I didn't need to use it to the first week of June. When the weather got really hot, I used it 3 times that's it 3, and when I went to go use it the fourth time the motor was dead. There's nothing I could do about it because I only had until April 19th to bring it back. But I didn't need it until June, so my review is don't buy it because the mode was defective.I'm out the money I'm out of fan now.I have to go someplace else to get a fan and it's a shame I think you should have been replaced.Maybe it was defect in the product at the time but no sense in waste in my time trying to even do that.So my suggestion is don't buy this brand of fan.Because the motor just died within the fan three timesSo I got this Van delivered on March 15th I didn't need to use it to the first week of June. Budget Fan
For a budget fan its great, this fan construction is made of mainly all plastic, very light weight, easy to assemble, the only part that feelings like its made of aluminum is the fan grills, the fan blade made of flimsy cheap thin plastic blades feels like paper. The controls are located on the top of the fan head its is sort of pain to reach back there to switch it from off to low, medium, high. The noise level of this fan yes you can heard it when its crank up from low (hardly hear it), medium and high (yes, it loud), good cooling performance, the base of the fan is stable on any surface, overall its great budget fan and good price point.

Great fan.
Great fan. Powerful but still has a soft feel to it. It has 3 speeds. I leave it on lowest speed, which can sill give a windchill. And so quiet I forget its even on. And it does oscilate. Like the total- black colour and chic looks.
