I use Clarins Facial Products all the time and I usually purchase them direct from stores, but this time I ordered through Amazon. Upon opening, the cream appeared different than my last Clarins cream and it instantly pricked on my face. I figured that perhaps it was a new formula. I continued to use it for a few days and within 3 days, my face was all dried out and peeling and mini blackheads appeared on the sides and under my eyes. It was unexplainable. My face was a mess. I instantly stopped using this Clarins and started using another cream and it took almost 1 week to clear my skin up again. I have never had such a terrible reaction to a cream, yes, some creams dont hydrate well enough but this Clarins attacked my skin. I went to a cosmetic shop here and told them my story. The salesclerk warned me that she has been hearing such stories more and more and that there is apparently a knock-off scam going on where fake cosmetics are being sold on Amazon. My Clarins package looks so similar to my old Clarins that it is hard to see any faking, but I am no expert. Any other people out there experiencing this problem? I would appreciate my money back but not sure what to do exactly .

Stark parfümiert. Ob die Creme die Haut gut pflegt und Fältchen vorbeugt, kann ich nicht sagen. Nach einmaliger Benutzung haben meine Augen leicht gebrannt und stark getränt, so dass ich die Creme nicht mehr verwenden kann. Ich hab die Creme natürlich nicht in die Augen hineingecremt, aber da gerade die Partie rund um die Augen besonders viel Pflege braucht und eine Gesichtscreme nunmal dort aufgetragen wird, gelangen geringe Mengen der Creme nach einer Weile unweigerlich ins Auge... Für mich leider nur am Körper benutzbar.

Die Creme ist toll, keine Frage… aber sie war nicht versiegelt mit einer Folie (wie es üblich ist) und hatte definitiv Gebrauchsspuren. Das geht gar nicht!!! Eine benutzte Creme zu versenden ist ein absolutes NO GO!!! Daher nur 1 Stern (weniger geht halt nicht).

I was given a sample to try before buying this product and I am very pleased with my purchase. It works well on my mature very dry skin. I do apply a light face oil before placing this product on my skin also and find that the two keeps my skin moisturized throughout the day.
