Excellent!! Working very well but the package would have been more durable, like a ziplock bag or similar

So Iโm from Detroit and I moved to Florida. So sad to say the food is just not the same including getting a Corned Beef from Bread Basket on Greenfield. So I had to get creative and found a recipe and it called for this curing salt. My Corned beef came out okay. That was my first time curing a meat for 5 days was not familiar with the process but happy I found what I needed.
