it preformed exactly as advertised
I bought the largest size. it has an inner rubber stretch band, it two places. This keeps the sleeve from slipping. I probably could have used a larger size. I didn't see that option. Not many people have a bicep 16" or larger. I might put the next sensor on my forearm. I just put it where the picture showed me. The sleeve stays put. I does keep the sensor from in place. it has lasted 3 days now. The tape supplied by Dexcon, is woefully inadequate. i couldn't get 12 hours from the dexcon supplied sensor applicator...

Do not buy
though it was advertised as for a large arm it did not fit well on my husband and I'm sure there are many men with bigger arms. After trying to get it to work, he poked a hole in it. Useless

Use
Great fit for my larger flappy upper arm. (This was the plus size) was a bit challenging for me to place over the diabetic sensor with only being able to use one arm. Was not uncomfortable, but did slide down my are off the top of the adhesive patch I was hoping to protect.

It works.
Nothing more to write home about.

Poor Quality, Terrible Fit
Poor quality. Poor comfort. Sizing is only accurate if you are looking for a tourniquet.

Run small
Like them alot better than the adhesive bandages. I've used both and like these better.
