You have to buy and use a separate activator liquid but luckily I had some at home anyway from an Eylure kit. I put this on my eyebrows and for the first day they go really heavy and orange but then after a day sweating and washing my face and what not the orange goes and leaves nicely tinted brows. This doesn’t dye the skin too much so if you are looking to dye parts of your skin to create a brow as well this might not be so good but I do find this sticks to the very tiny hairs so does create a fuller brow.

Ottima tinta!Il colore è naturale, perfetto per una bionda scura. La tengo in posa per 10 minuti e poi la rimuovo con un dischetto di cotone umido.Per preparare la miscela, bisogna aggiungere una crema o un liquido ossidante. Io uso quello di RefectoCil al 3%, nella proporzione di 10 gocce per circa 2 cm di tinta.

La tinta che conosco e uso da parecchio tempo. Che dire... mi sono trovata molto bene, anche x il colore ed è x questo che l'ho ripresa. Ho le ciglia biondissime e light brown è perfetto x me. Le ciglia prendono un bel colore e nello stesso tempo non sono esagerate.
