These things are great. Super easy to set up an interconnection area. I used to use barrier strips. This is my new go to solution.

They grip the wire and hold it. Just watch your fingers, The springs are strong and can pinch your fingers if you aren't careful. Would have given them 5 stars but getting the wire all the way in was a little challenging on some of them. The wire would catch on something inside the terminal block. After a few tries the wire would clear the obstruction and let me insert it all the way. With thsr said, don't let that keep you from buying them, they work well.

it is every easy to connect the wire

The media could not be loaded. The video pretty much explains it, but one of the terminal block interconnect strips did not hold the screw. It literally fell through the threads. The others seem fine but I'm not sure I'm going to trust it over time. Probably fine as a pass-through connector.

They work fine with bare 12AWG wire, grabbing and making contact in our 120VAC distribution box, but their openings are too small for crimped square ferrules (12AWG E4009, 4.0mm2) to fit, so minus 2 stars. Really, who doesn't use ferrules with their wire blocks?Din rail attachment is no issue, they don't wiggle, rattle, slide unexpectedly or the like with standard end stoppers.
