I love this thing. I was hoping I could find something like this for just a passport and my D.O.D. Identification and it delivers. Slips into pockets easily even jean pockets and dress jacket inner pockets. It is definitely sturdy too. It is NOT waterproof. It is water resistant. Please know the difference.

This was exactly what I was looking for. Since i cross borders almost daily for work, I needed something firm that would prevent my passport from bending and at the same time fit into most of my jeans so I can have it with me at all times.. This fits the bill perfectly ! Good quality, easy to handle.. Would definitely recommend..

This is the perfect size for a passport. The case is not bulky, and it appears it will protect against rain and accidental spills. Just a note in case you didn't thoroughly read the description. The case is water resistant, not waterproof.I'm taking this on my cruise to Alaska, and I figured we would run into some weather. There are parts of the trip where we are required to carry our passports, which is not usual on other cruises I've been on in the Caribbean.

Sturdy and will protect your passport. However, it's only lightly water resistant as in it'll protect against maybe light rain. If you drop it in a swimming pool, it will NOT work.

Well... it's been a year or so since I bought this and I haven't managed to dunk it in the water yet, and hopefully never will. So I guess I'll have to review it based on its other merits.It closes solidly but is easy to get into. Fits my passport perfectly, without getting it in/out being a hassle. I got the blue in hopes the color would be bold enough to find easily, but not obnoxious. Worked out exactly as hoped.And finally, the honeycomb texture means this is easy to keep ahold of ... no worries on it slipping out of your hands.

Had enough room to fit my passport plus 2 cards in it. There was probably some room for a few bills too if i wanted. Had a good close on it and was easy to open and close. Dropped it in the water for giggles to test it. Went under water and popped back up and floated which actually surprised me, I expected it to sink. No water got in. WITH THAT SAID, please keep in mind this is water RESISTANT and NOT water PROOF! I was just testing it out of curiosity, It seems in a worst case if it ends up submerged for one reason or another it can hold up at least initially but I would not suggest prolonged submersion.

This is way better than those booklet type protectors. It’s easier to take your passport in and out of this case, plus it’s rigid so you don’t have to worry about bending or creasing your passport. Fits perfect.

This is exactly what I looked for. Not found any other alternatives to choose from at Amazon. Great product. It is sturdy. Not sure how waterprood, but it will protect against drops of water, and more importantly, it is very sturdy and rigid, so it protects your passport in a baggage, etc from warping.

Vraiment pratique

The product is so good, in fact, that I felt compelled to write a review! It feels really good and even somewhat fancy. It also feels nice to open/close the case when someone asks for you id (I carry id cards together with my passport). Haven’t tested the waterproofness yet, so cannot say how good it is. The improvement that would be good to have is making the case a little more lightweight. I would gladly buy a lighter version as well!

it is not water proof!

When travelling I often like to keep my passport in my pocket for easy access and safety. This keeps it dry and protected especially important to avoid damaging the RFID.
