After trying twice with vax shampoos, then with litres of vinegar over 3 days we still had carpet that smelled distinctly of urine. I had left my old greyhound downstairs and ended up on back to back meetings for 2 hours with noise cancelling headphones on. I clearly never heard the dog cry to be out. Fast forward to finishing work at 5;30 and there’s a big dark stain of mostly dried urine. So I can only imagine it had been there since my meetings at 11am. Using the vax carpet washer seemed to make the smell worse once the fragrance from the solution died back a bit. Two days of vinegar soaking and 4 tubs of bicarbonate soda sprinkled then hoovered dulled the smell but it was still strong. One wash of this has removed it entirely. I was pretty resigned to spending thousands on new carpet and underlay but this has sorted it. Absolutely chuffed.

Our room was really bad puppy and carpet doesn't mix! Although never saw her doing it the smell definitely said she had.Tried carpet cleaner but didn't work (pet stuff) this however works a treat. Took a couple of days to really notice.

I took on two xl puppies just before the ban and there a nightmare for peeing indoors!! All my house has wooden floors exempt from my living room so after smelling dog pee I used my carpet cleaner, that made it worse so I bought this and used it made it worse so I then rented an rug doctor used this again still not shifted the smell it's getting worse even tried the rug doctor cleaner, it's that bad I'm just going to remove the carpet as nothing at all works, all reviews said it was amazing so either there wrong or these dogs are peeing something worse as nothing at all will shift the smell

Oil stains and smells have come out of all I've added this to in the washer. The smell around my toilet is gone as well. This stuff is amazing. I will probably buy more soon.

I was hesitant to get this, but I'm so happy i did. This not only removes odors, it's also a cleaner! I spray it on small pet accidents and add it to my shampooer for my large area rugs. It leaves a fresh scent and doesn't stain. I purchased the gallon size as well as the 2 spray sizes.

I have an elderly bedridden parent whose laundry needs to be done almost daily, if not every other day. Due to the amount of medications, her urine was extremely strong smelling. I tried everything: non-chlorine bleach, ammonia, white vinegar, loads of detergent/fabric softener, extra rinse, and pre-soak. Doing her laundry along with the rest of the family was costly and time consuming.After reading around, I found out about enzyme-based cleaners and their effectiveness at removing odors. If it could work for pet urine, surely it could help with my issue. First load yesterday was a noticeable success, the laundry smelling fresher than it usually did while spinning in the dryer. I will say it's not 100% effective, as I still smell a faint hint of urine, but nothing close to what it was before.This product is pricier than others I've seen. The cost savings will come from buying less cleaning products and not having to wash clothes repeatedly only for them to still smell...

This spray works great. I have cats and dogs and no matter how vigilant they piddle here and there. I also have a second hand couch that was owned by a dog owner. It took care of the odor.

My stupid idiot cat has taken to pissing in a corner in the dining room. The smell of ammonia was really bad. It's all I could smell walking through the house. I put this in a spray bottle and thoroughly soaked the area. At first it made the smell 10x worse. But by the next morning I can't smell it in the air at all. I certainly won't be shoving my face into cat piss carpet to make SURE its all gone. But it definitely did what I needed it to do.
