I sleep like a baby and wake up refreshed not sluggish. Take 1 hour before I want to fall asleep. Have experienced weight loss, but am following a nutrition plan and start out walking 2-4 miles every morning Monday through Friday, combined with Sauna shorts and waist belt. After work out and by the end of day walk 8000-10000 steps. I have Hashimoto's Thyroiditis, Asthma- taking inhaled steroids and pre-menopausal. I have tried everything and had considered surgery. These were my last ditch efforts as I could never lose more than 5 lbs total then would go up and down. Tried carb cycling, Keto Diet, fasting diet, slim fast, no sugar diet, cleansing, you name it, even a medical weight loss plan. All super strict following and exercising. Nothing more than 5 lbs either way. Yes I am overweight for my 5'7" hight and prediabetic due to my weight. The combo of the Mav Night Burner, G-plan nutritional plan, and the exercise work in combination, so the three weeks I have lost 7 lbs, 2.5 in off my waist and 2 inchers off my hips - Am one pants size smaller. Whoop whoop. Bonus I notice my symptoms of pre- menopause are significantly less when taking the Mav Night Burner AND exercise. If I miss one or the other hot flashes are horrendous, so combine daily. Weekends I am so busy running around I hit 10,000 steps easy. I am not a doctor, but this definitely works for my body! Love this product and am reordering. Will continue with the combo till I hit my goal!!

I am a heavy nighttime eater because I work graveyard and that is not helping my weight loss journey at all I could only have so much self discipline before I was starving come 3am most nights I would cave on my way home and junk food is all that’s open that late so I would cave and go to sleep with a fat burger in my gut when I went to bed. I decided to give this a try since it had great reviews and the first night I took it was a wonderful surprise ( I haven’t had success with these types of pills before.). Well damn I took it the break before I left and I was NOT hungry and because I didn’t feel starved half to death I was able to drive right past jack in the box and go straight home crawled in bed and had no issue falling asleep like I normally do! Holy I feel like this is going to be the extra push I need to stick to my diet even when I woke up 6 hours after falling asleep I still wasn’t hungry even tho I’d normally want to rummage through my food for a snack the desire just wasn’t there. I am going to report back in the future to see if it added an extra boost in my fat loss cuz it certainly helps everywhere else. It’s the first pill that seems to do just as advertísed.

I wanted a chill pill that would gently tuck me into sleep while sneakily torching calories. Instead, I got Insomnia: The Limited Series. Night 1: Felt drowsy at first... then woke up mid-sleep like my body got a mysterious group chat notification. Night 2: Same thing. Thought maybe Mercury was in retrograde or my mattress had beef with me. Night 3: Honestly, I started questioning if this pill was a prank. My dreams felt like they had commercial breaks. Pros: Sleepy vibes… briefly. Inspired some solid late-night existential monologues. Cons: Unscheduled awakenings like my circadian rhythm got hacked. Leaves you feeling like your brain’s filing paperwork at 3AM. Would I recommend it? Only if your goal is to rehearse dramatic one-liners in the dark or unlock new levels of sleep confusion.

It helps with sleeping ,haven't really noticed weight loss yet ,but it will probably take a while Only been taking it about a week..No side effects from such a joyterness ,or anything..Slight taste but not bad ,cause I drink a glass of water with it..

it didn't work

Product looks just like any other clear casing brown herbal capsule. My friend and I split bottle to try 1 month before buy another. Neither of us so far note better sleep or any weight loss. Note: we are not heavy eaters or eat junk food. We'll see how next week goes.

Just started. Feel sleepy and relaxing but it makes me hungry. Doesn’t curb appetite. Take about 3 hours for the sleepy feeling to fully lock in but quite hungry while waiting for the full effect. It’s quite gradual and slow. But it’s hard while waiting cause the sleepy feeling makes me hungry. The bottles stated to Text them for free bottle but number doesn’t work Update: the first 2 nights I could sleep. Following nights I only slept for a few hours and kept waking up. It was extremely tiring for me because I have to work the next day. I stopped taking it and start to sleep better. Won’t recommend it - no weight Loss at all, in fact put on weight cause it makes me more hungry
