These StarKist Smart Bowls Zesty Lemon Pasta & Beans With Tuna taste so good without even adding anything! It's hard to believe it came out of a packet. It makes for a convenient, tasty, low calorie, high protein snack or lunch. I keep them in a small cooler in my car with a few spoons so I have a healthy option throughout the day instead of expensive, unhealthy fast food. Sometimes I add a little mayo and dill pickle relish but they are really good on their own.

I loved it (but I added gobs of mayonaisse) for eating as a sandwich on bread or spreading on crackers. It has tuna, pasta, small beans, tomatoes, and lemon seasoning. Everything is cut up very well so it's easy to mix. It has a lemony flavor. Overall, I think most people will like it as it has ingredients most folks like and it's not overpowering in any one flavor. It's supposed to be one serving but I'm old and have a small appetite, so it makes two meals for me.

These StarKist Smart Bowls are okay for an occasional quick lunch. To me they're kind of on the dry side., so I add a bit of mayonnaise to them. I took a star off because getting the contents out of the package and into a bowl is a pain. I guess they might come in handy to take on a hike and eat straight from the package.

These Smart Bowls are delicious! I have them on hand all the time. You can stir them a little and eat them out of the pouch or put them in a bowl.
