Made my own pistachio ice cream with the LorAnn Oils Super Strength Flavoring, and it came out tasting amazing. Wasn’t too confident at first when I opened the bottle and smelled the liquid, seemed bitter, therefore very carefully, drop by drop, added it to the mixture. Super Strength is right, just a little resulted in big flavor. Will be making other products/recipes that require pistachio flavor. I expect the 1 fl oz bottle lasts for about 8 to 10 recipes. Definitely will also try some of the other flavors.

Works great! It is indeed super strength, I added 1 tsp to my cake and it came out a little too pistachio-y but the flavour is good, it has both the smell and flavour of pitaschio.

I bought pistachio flavoring oil hoping for rich, nutty gelato vibes. Instead, I accidentally created a frozen dessert that tasted like it was formulated in a haunted candle factory. I added it to a pint of soft serve, and one drop too many turned my ice cream into a chemical attack. The flavor profile was somehow equal parts cough syrup cherry, expired almond extract, and the scent of budget pink bathroom soap scraped directly off a gas station sink. There was no pistachio. Not even a rumor of pistachio. If an actual pistachio were in the room, it would file a defamation lawsuit. The aftertaste lingered with the confidence of a bad decision, and I’m fairly certain the roof of my mouth now has the texture of lightly sanded drywall. I didn’t eat dessert—I survived an incident. 1 star only because the bottle successfully held liquid.

Too strong and over powering for my taste.

I love pistachio flavoring, and one day I thought that it would taste great in my coffee. I had no idea if it would work, but I decided to get this anyway. And. I'm glad I did. This works great in my coffee. It tastes very authentic, and the extract stands up to the heat of the coffee well. The ingredients seem to be great, and it's a good value. It's more flavorful than buying flavored coffee. Here is my only issue. I wish it came with a dropper. I don't know why it doesn't. So I found a bottle of a beauty product that had the exact same size lid, but with a dropper. That made putting it into my coffee so much easier. Overall, this is great extract if you want to use it in your coffee. I can't attest to its use in anything else, but for coffee, it works!
