I am bald and the way this is designed the hard side of the velcro was digging in to the top of my head and was very uncomfortable to wear. The one I received smelled like a tire shop. No instructions came in the package but they are included in the download of the ebook that they send you. When this thing is on it put my jaw into an uncomfortable position.
