They don’t warp under heat, and they sit flat and stable whether I’m using them on the counter or inside a sheet pan in the oven. The grid spacing is just right—not too wide that things fall through, and not so close that air circulation is blocked. That means even cooling and crisp results every time.Cleaning is easy, too. I usually hand wash them, but they’ve held up just fine in the dishwasher when I’m short on time.
