Brilliant Amazon shopping experience.. Very quick delivery and perfect packing. Wanted a Mixer with USB interface for live stream, recoding and also for some live karaoke events . Must say this one is a professional quality mixer. Much more features and excellent FX engine and best value for money prices compare to its competitors of 10 channel range. Few pros: superb silent preamps, superb gain , FX inserts , compressors on 2 channels , 3 channel EQ , built-in 24 FX , mute button for all channels , 2X4 USB I/o , screw type power adapter and blend knob for USB 1&2 helps recording mix minus. Of course beautiful colourful buttons layout and lights Just tried recording few songs ..setting up is easy .. need to install drivers from mackie , absolutely stunning recording quality. For live streaming I found we need to be careful on the FX level and also be careful about USB line in is independent / no control on master volume levels so always mute channels when not in use Overall excellent piece of gadget and I recommend this for all hobby musicians as well as busking , karaoke and DJ artists

This is a fantastic piece of kit. Just started to use it but I am already super impressed. Purchased with the Mackie Thrasher 15”. Together, astounding sound. Looking forward to playing with the kids (guitar, bass w/ drum machine) using this mixer. 👍🏼👍🏼

Pre amp is what matters...its great. I was looking for effects but I do not find them that useful if it is singing. Usually we use basic effects. Bluetooth is what I am missing but when we need quality we must use wire and quality cables. This product is really awesome.

Exceptional build quality and superb sonic characteristics from stellar preamps. I have owned the 1202 VLZ and 1602 VLZ3 and this unit is a welcome addition with its USB connectivity and Pro FX features. The added option of Avid Pro Tools First and the Traction OEM package is a steal for the price. No mixer offers as much and with such a stellar performance. Mackie's "built like a tank" concept reveals itself. The unit offers the versatility for use in the home studio, project studio, small gigs and and can be used effectively as a monitor mixer with clean signal transfer. There is no better mixer in terms of quality, performance, price and options. A true small-scale workhorse.

Starting from the build quality all the way till it's features, this mixer is a great addition to any hobbyist or small Home studio audio technician. The MUTE buttons on the channels is such a god-send feature and the whole mixer panel is built to withstand a lot of tossing around. The high z inputs are great for connecting guitars, although for my use case, I connect my instruments to multi-effects pedals before going to the mixer. I woudl advise on buying some 1/4 inch jack rubber or plastic covers if your studio has issues with dust.

I chose this board specifically because when doing live sound a mute button for each channel is really useful, most small boards do not have them. This board also has a mini-jack (3.5mm) input too so anything with a headphone jack output can easily plug into this board. The mic-pre's are the transparent high quality you would expect from the brand and for the price. The effects are clean and each channel eq is good. The outputs are both xlr and 1/4 for the mains, plus 1/4 control room outs with their own volume control. The board also works as a recording interface and comes with software included. I highly recommend this board for anyone looking for a recording interface, or for podcasts, live sound and home studio applications.

The sound is amazing I use Yamaha mg10xu / mg12xu / mg20xu At events and this year I used the mackie for outdoor Remembrance Day event I was amazed at how the microphones sounded what brilliant pre amps this mackie has even the pastor said the sound quality was so good this year Well done mackie I’ll be getting the battery powered sub too soon I bought the for the Bluetooth and battery feature but quality is remarkable
