I was searching for this type of cable in order to connect my Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V to my HD TV. After doing a little research, I came across the Cablesson® Basic Micro HDMI to HDMI Cable, which is to be used on mobile phones and other similar portable devices. I ordered it among some other products from Amazon.co.uk. The cable was delivered as advertised. It is long, micro HDMI compatible and the connectors seem to be of high quality and are probably gold plated. I tested it with my smartphone and I could watch pictures, videos, documents and presentations stored on my device. I played some games over HDMI (angry birds, jewels) and I tried surfing the web on my TV. Everything worked seamlessly for the past three months and I hope it remains that way. I would recommend this cable for anyone who wants to connect their HDMI-enabled smartphone to a monitor or HDTV. But be careful in choosing the right port, which is compatible with your device. The specific cable is "micro-HDMI type D".

The rest of the sellers on amazon should take heed especially when they charge for delivery of small items that are in stock that can sometimes take weeks to arrive!The cable works a treat with the rather excellent BlackBerry PlayBook  BlackBerry PlayBook - Tablet - 64 GB - 7" TFT ( 1024 x 600 ) - rear camera + front camera - Wi-Fi, Bluetooth  and connects easily and with high definition reproduction via my HD Projector and HD TV. Not much to say, really about a simple cable. Although it's labelled as "Basics", it doesn't feel like low quality (certainly better than various cables that I have had in the past). Reasonably flexible; connected my Windows 8 tablet to the TV without any problem; came with plastic protective covers for both ends.As an aside, it turned out that I had to adjust the TV's aspect ratio setting or the edges of the computer display were cropped off - however, that was nothing to do with the cable.

Good quality cable, came within 48 hours of ordering, am using it to connect a Motorola Xoom to a TV and it works as expected. Am a little worried about damaging the micro HDMI connector, although it comes with removable protective covers these are more for shipping and it would have been nice if it came with a rubber cover that was held onto the cable.

This product is excellent. Works straight out of the box no need to set up anything, really good quality and the price is amazing. Before this I bought a cable at currys digital and bloke pointed me in direction of cable said it would work and I paid 20 quid, get it home and no, didn't work at all, no signal. My surface wouldn't detect the cable at all. So looked on amazon and found this, I'd rather pay 6 quid than 20 for something that does not want to work, but I'm glad to say this cable arrived and it works straight away. Recommend this to anyone that is looking for no hassle and cheap hdmi cable.

Due to its bevelled edge the Surface will not take most HDMI-micro HDMI cables. The micro connector normally has a square shoulder which stops the connector making a reliable connection. If a small amount of the shoulder is taken away (I used a file) then it will fit. When considering the cost of the Microsoft equivalent this represents a big saving.

Bought to connect my Hudl tablet to Samsung TV. Works a treat. Reproduces all colours as though looking at Hudl screen itself.Happy with product. Loads cheaper than the equivalent from Tesco. All in all a good but and would recommend company.

nice cable works fine with my kindle fire hd i can watch on my TV now.it arrived quick, packaged fine. I thought it was a data cable for saving films on the kindle but I will have to buy something else for that I think.
