My favourite thing ever
I love her ❤️❤️❤️ My favourite product ever. Battery life lasts a long time, a good weight and fast product. Adjustable warmth and brightness make such a difference. Great for reading at night and don’t cause me any eye tiredness !!

Excellent updated Kindle
My Kindle was ten years old and I didn’t realise how slow it had become until I received this new one. The battery lasts weeks and I read every day for several hours in small snatches. Pages refresh quickly, updates are pretty instantaneous….. absolutely no regrets.

Who would think it's refurbished?
I'll not admit being hesitant on ordering a refurbished kindle but I just wasn't in a position to buy a brand new one. I needn't have worried. It really is great quality and had no marks on it at all.It is also an upgrade on my previous kindle and I just love it.

Greatly improved, yest trickier to hold, even in a case.
Love the new features - especially the adjustable backlight. However, I find it harder to hold. This seems, in part, because of how flat and featureless this new model is. I find the lack of a lip around the screen is part of the problem.

Very Dissapointed
This is by far the worst product I have ever bought, never ending problems with wifi connection, sent it for repair and never saw it again, then HAD TO PAY to get a replacement which had the same problems, then Amazon try to tell me that this was the replacement for this order! NO I paid for another in December which as I said same issues, to add its the only device that will not connect to our wifi, honestly I dont know why as our internet provider even helped with it but to no avail. Seriously Dissapointed with Amazons product support etc.
