**Q: using a stock 1990 Sbc 350 block will the block need indessing to use this crankshaft**
A: this will not fit that block, you need a 1 pc rear seal 383 crank....

**Q: Amazon sales this as a 383 crank not 400 the one i got was a 400 crank 2 piece main  wrong crank and is not as pictured .**
A: the eagle part # comes up as a 400 crank..

**Q: What year will it fit?**
A: The small block 400 was made from about 1970- to about 1980. these were all 2 pc rear seal, this will fit all of them. there is also many aftermarket blocks this should also fit almost all of them if  they are 2 pc. rear seal. I have bean told that it will work with 5.565 inch connecting rods, i have not had a chance to fit this up and check that, as it says it is made to clear 5.7 rods..

**Q: Two piece rear main oil seal?**
A: yes  is pre 1986 2 pc main standard size SBC 400 Crankshaft
