Straightforward Replacement Period Feature
Looks good, nice finish, straightforward to install (but please consult a qualified electrician if you're in doubt!).Simple solution to putting up lovely 50s (? from the decoration - although 1920s and 30s were probably the heyday of this type) lampshade from EBay. Second one we've bought.(Chains are bathroom plug items!).Re fitting - I made sure it's screwed into joist. Glass light fittings aren't, er, light . . .

I bought this to hang a 1930's light I found at a local market. The colour is as pictured and matches the colour of the aged light chains of the lamp. Much more affordable than my specialist light centre sells for (and looks better too)

Quality 3 Hook Rose
Easily fitted rose with good quality chrome plating, ideal for 30's style light fittings with 3 chains. The manufacturer gives no guide to the maximum weight that may be hung from the hooks but the fitting feels very robust. I am using several of these around my home and the heaviest shade I have hung is a 1930's one by Jobling in heavy pressed glass.
