TOTO CST743ER#01 Eco#Drake Round Bowl Toilet with Right Hand Tank C743E + St743Er, Cotton White

I purchased this toilet to replace on of four in my house. This was about 4 months ago. I did the job myself and it was fairly simple. I also used a wax-less seal because I did not want to deal with wax. After 4 months, this toilet is doing great. it is an eco-friendly version and uses less water than the normal ones which is a plus. I am going to replace the other three in the house with the same model as this over the next 6 months.

I spent a lot of time researching toilets. I was on the verge of buying the American Standard Champion 4 but when I saw that it had an antibacterial coating on it (and they wouldn't answer my questions about what it is exactly), I changed my mind. I had read about Toto toilets but really wanted to buy American and had never heard of Toto previously. After I went to the Toto site and liked what I saw about the company (ethics, environmental concerns, etc.), read reviews on the Toto toilet, and checked on all the specs (ie MaP score, flush valve size, trap way size, etc.), contacted the company with questions (and got answers!), I decided to go for it. I haven't had the toilet long (just a few weeks) but so far, so good. It clogged once and was easily dealt with. There is me, the mom, and my three kids using it daily many times. It flushes quickly and completely first try. Before, with our old toilet, we were flushing 5 times or more. Ugh. It's clean, easy. I wish I had gotten the slow shutting seat and lid years ago. Like I said, I haven't had it long but I am happy so far. Uses very little water!

Don't buy this product online, go buy from store instead. Online vendor send you different toilet with right Chrome Trip Lever without toilet seat (product image and product description is a full set of 3 pieces of bowl, tank and seat toilet. It is product description from manufacturer is 3 pieces). the sellers gives you a lot excuses such as warehouse issue, if you return. You will charge with 20% restocking fees, return shipping and insurance. You will loss close to 40-50% of the purchase prices due to heavy product weight for shipping. If you don't see the product, don't by it from online.

each flush can clean everything. It is must better than my one toilet.

The obvious. It is great, A little too high connection to the floor. Will need to find some way to stabilize as it wobbles, especially if in a hurry.

If you zoom in, the porcelain is not finished. My husband put in for a return. I received a response from Amazon that they sent the information for return to the seller on the 11th, today is the 18th I haven’t heard anything from the seller about getting this toilet returned. I’m very disappointed about this. I would like to have a toilet to use in this bathroom. ... About the toilet, minus the porcelain finish, it really seems to flush exceptionally well. I understand that there are defects in items on occasion but truly, how long do you have to wait for a response?

This toilet has a comfort height, saves water, and looks attractive (as attractive as a toilet can get). I would recommend this product to others.
