All four of our cats love this food. Even the subsequent feedings. That is highly unusual for our cluster. Two are twelve, two are eight. We usually consider ourselves lucky if 3 of them will like a food more than once, so this is almost a miracle.They all prefer pate, and this is a nice dense one. We add water sometimes, and it makes a nice gravy that they slurp up. One of our cats has super sensitive skin, so I'm glad he likes this one as it's a skin and coat formula. We also especially like that this food is grain free. Delighted with this Wellness CORE+ food.

Maybe not the manufacturers fault but the cans I got were so dried out my cat would not eat it and it was even hard to get it out of the can

I ordered this for my picky indoor kitty and he absolutely loves the salmon + sardine flavor! It’s the only wet food that he’ll entire the entire bowl of food without leaving any behind! Score!!

My tux cat came over and was very happy with these. He started just licking it for quite a while without even eating much. Then he chowed down. He was so happy, 5/5 for him.The siamese cat said forget this food and wandered off. Zero interest.I have a siamese flamepoint and a tux cat. The tux cat is a classic cat that likes cat things. The siamese is very particular and especially likes human food, taco meat, hamburger meat, chicken, turkey, tomatoes, apples, bananas etc.

I’m always on the lookout for wet cat foods that have less fillers and are generally healthier for my kitties. This Salmon & Sardine pate does have some fillers, but not as much as other wet cat foods. I also love that the first listed ingredients are salmon and chicken, although it is a little weird that chicken isn’t listed in the title name. These are the smaller cans, but I use these as a topper to my cats’ mainly dry food diet for a little extra hydration. These actually don’t smell as bad as some fish wet food I’ve used, and that’s the first thing I noticed! It smells more fresh than just a can of processed cat food. It doesn’t have very much “gravy”, so it does need a little bit of work to mix it up into a more crumbly consistency than just the solid block that it arrives in. I have one picky eater, but 3/4 cats devour this flavor! These are a higher price for smaller cans, so if your cat is on a strict wet these could be a little spendy.. But 12 cans lasts me around 24 days between 3 cats, so they’re worth it for me.

This is overall a good product and company. I like that this brand makes better quality pet food that my cats enjoy (some iffy ingredients but still better than most). My cats aren't picky so usually once a day or so I will split a can of wet food between them as a treat. They eat it all every time!

It can be the best food in the world, but if the cats turn their noses up at it... what can you do? I feed a total of 15 cats. Out of that many it's a rare find to have a food that every single one of them loves. There are a few but not a lot. However, usually I have a couple that are very picky and will walk away from moist food after a few bites. Then I have a couple that inhale whatever I put in front of them and anxiously await for the others to walk away so they can get seconds, thirds, fourths sometimes. I would say six of the cats ate a good bit of it, three wanted nothing to do with it. The remainder ate varying portions of their allotted 1/2 can. The most telling thing was though that the two cats who panic over getting all the leftovers both went to a second dish, took a few more bites and then walked away.My gut feeling when I opened the cans was that they weren't going to like it. It was far too dry a pate. Sometimes my gut is wrong though, so I was hoping for the best. I've scooped together the remnants and I'd say out of the 8 cans I opened I have half of it still left untouched.So, take a look at it. If your cat likes very dry pate then maybe you'll do better than I did. However, if out of 15 cats tested not one was exuberant about it...that says something to me. Lots of stars for their ingredients but not so many for the flavor.
