Review: Admirable customer care and a good Product- LA15! - I was a little sceptical when I first bought the LA15. And was disappointed and irritated when they wanted to charge extra for the installation especially when the ad said free installation in my city. Since I already bought it and had a carpenter at the site, I decided to give it a try. When I asked on WhatsApp for an installation video, they asked for the invoice copy to register for warranty after which they shared the video. It was not working after installation and I texted the CC asking them to call me since the carpenter was waiting. They called back in about 20 minutes and all that was needed was a simple reset by pressing a button. The CC is very helpful and responsive with an average response time of 15 minutes. I will definitely recommend this if you are looking for something cheaper and don't need a whole bunch of ways to operate it.
